3. Booking and Reservations
3.1 Booking Process
To secure a service, you are required to:
- Have reached the majority age of 18 years
- Provide factual and exhaustive information
- Accept these Terms & Conditions
- Grant entry to the premises at the agreed times
3.2 Confirmation
Confirmation of your service reservation is effected only upon our delivery of a written confirmation. We reserve the prerogative to decline service to any individual at our sole judgment.
3.3 Availability

4. Payment Terms
4.1 Pricing

4.2 Payment Schedule
- Payment for emergency services: due immediately upon service completion
- For projects over £1,000: a 50% upfront payment is required at the time of reservation
- Final balance: Payable at the culmination of the project
- Auxiliary charges (if incurred): Payable in full upon service completion
4.3 Payment Methods
We welcome payments via major credit cards, electronic bank transfers, and endorsed cheques. Payment processing is executed through safeguarded, encrypted procedures.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Customer Cancellations
- More than 48 hours prior to service: Deposit returned in full
- 24-48 hours before service: 50% of deposit refunded
- Within 24 hours of service: Deposit is non-refundable
- Cancellations of emergency services: Attract a cancellation charge of £100
5.2 Emergency Service Guarantee
Our commitment to emergency services includes a response time within 2 hours. Should we fail to meet this assurance due to unexpected events, we shall:
- Offer a 20% reduction on the service charge
- Assign priority to your call for the next immediate slot
5.3 Project Delays
Should project delays materialize on account of unexpected site conditions or material scarcities, we will inform you of the revised schedule and make the necessary adjustments accordingly.
6. Safety and Site Conduct
6.1 Safety Requirements
All proprietors must:
- Ensure the work zones are safely and clearly reachable
- Reveal any potential hazards or unsafe conditions
- Prevent children and pets from accessing work zones
- Adhere to instruction provided by our technicians for safety
6.2 Site Preparation
It is the customer's responsibility to:
- Relocate personal items from the work zones
- Facilitate adequate space for conducting work
- Ensure pets are controlled during servicing hours
- Notify neighboring residents of impending work activities
6.3 Conduct
Providing a secure environment for work is essential. Should the work site conditions pose a risk to our staff or entail potential damage, we reserve the right to halt services.
7. Liability and Insurance

Our responsibility is confined to the sum paid for your service. We do not hold accountability for:
- Conditions of plumbing that existed prior to our service
- Harm imputable to concealed faults
- Indirect harm stemming from interruptions of service
- Problems associated with inappropriate upkeep
7.2 Insurance Coverage
Our operations and services are insured comprehensively against liabilities. Property insurance is the responsibility of the customer.
7.3 Warranty
Warranties pertaining to the quality of our labor are outlined in your service agreement. Manufacturer warranties are applicable to materials and components used.
8. Modifications and Project Changes
Adjustments to project details may be necessary due to site-specific requirements, updates in building regulations, and the availability of materials. Any such amendments will be communicated and consented to beforehand.
9. Force Majeure
We are exempt from obligations of service in the event of unforeseeable disruptions beyond our control, such as but not restricted to:
- Extreme weather events
- Natural calamities
- Mandates from the government
- Disruptions of utility services
- Delays in the supply chain of materials
